Recent Projects

In a recent project, Jennifer helped a large financial firm gather and document their needs for a complete CRM system overhaul. The project helped the company communicate their needs and work more efficiently with the system design architects who would bring new life to the system they had all but given up on!

Jennifer worked on a similar project, helping to define and document internal sales processes, with another client who needed to first hash out how their business flowed, before taking the next steps and building software that would truly work for them.
